Nick WIN98 has this software under System Information, and in addition they have a IRQ sharing software called IRQ "holder for PCI steering" that times the IRQ for each device.

The real solution is USB were you can connect several periferials.

For multiple monitors you need WIN 98 I think so all is available as to the IRQ see your chipset provider. I am running an Athlon with ADM & VIA chipsets they have a special IRQ steering program.

I ended up with IRQ 4 and IRQ 12 free.
