CGarcia, AOL is very unforgiving with networking and it does monopolize the network adapters in the computers on which it is installed. I thought this was a widely known fact with the previous versions of AOL also. I don't think the version 5.0 situation is anything new. Tell me something. The situation mentioned in the CNBC news clip. Is that something that a farm family on a Iowa farm will see? Yeah, a NT sys admin in a 25 person company in Silicon Valley will see the bug right away. And whoever said hot shot computer techies prefer AOL? Investors and techies do not see eye to ete. Investors love AOL, techies hate it for dofeerent reasons.
