The Chinese police state is much worse than America's. The Chinese is planned and brutally enforced, America's happens by default with a lot of bickering because most American's are complacent or worse, do not understand their rights and liberties and are allowing corrupt federal and state judges to undermine them. Federal "regulations" designed to weaken Constitutional rights are also wreaking havoc on real freedoms that we are all seeing disintegrating before our eyes. The time may be drawing near for another "tea party".
