Terry, Homes in central PA suburbs selling well. One up the street sold in two days and over ask. Friend of mine put a sign in his yard yesterday and got an offer TODAY ask plus all closing exp and buy all furnishings cash. A prosperous area, but always a wee bit behind the trend.
