Perhaps not. Todays daily chart looked strong and steady to the close. Often you find the traders bailing out at days end, but, it doesn't look as if that happened today. Further, it's impossible (for most) to ignore the strength of the earnings report as a whole. Forget the current earnings, that's a given with AOL, the recap of what they've accomplished in the past quarter and what they will accomplish in the near term is more important. You may also consider that many will hang in awaiting the board meeting and possible split. Can't rule it out just yet. You also must consider, it would be plum damn stupid to sell at this point in time, just as the E-commerce season starts to come on strong. AOL will continue to appreciate through this quarter.
