Ken, I don't know for sure. I think they are owned by a separate entity that is owned by Schick, Yost, and Delisle?....maybe Sitra too? They may be restricted?...I don't know. I don't think they are in the float......as the float in street name is 187,000 shares.....I believe. I guess if Sitra is one of the principals of the other entity....then he may have access to them.....albeit dealing with the other guys. Good question for the conference call. The proxy for the annual meeting shows where the other insiders shares are....they all seem to have all of them....still. bg
