Thanks for the report Dave. From our small sample it appears that the real estate market is past or very close to the peak in much of middle part of the U.S. It appears to still be booming on the left and right coasts. We need some views from the South to get a good overall picture.

New construction is still going up here too. No doubt the credit bubble is alive and well, for now. It may not last much longer though.
