ISPY, I'd also love to know the details of the deal. I did
hear from another source that it was $150 millions. If you know what the specifics of the proposal were, I'm sure there are a number of shareholders that would appreciate knowing them. On a more somber note, I also heard a rumor
that Ultra Petroleum is no longer a client of GLJ
(Gilbert Laustsen Jung) their former reserve and economic evaluation company. GLJ certainly has a sterling reputation
and brings an added measure of respectability to companies
on their client list. I'm not aware of any companies that
have been dropped by GLJ that have had an increase in stock
price as a result.
