Short memory again, eh Bill.

Did MSFT have a problem yesterday?

So IBM with its big iron that has been going into Data centers for more than 30 years has more customers than the rest of the high tech companies with a Y2K problem.

This take analysis!? or insight even!

Give us a break. Declare your position in Dell; or get lost. The SEC doesn't take kindly to professionals attempting to manipulate stock prices.

Cheers,
Ian.

bill..re: "connect the dots...everyone has a problem"

big difference between a "real" problem that can be fatal to a corporate entity, or the "perceived" problem in an analysts mind that a corporation is not meeting his expectations. the value of the company stock has been disconnected from the reality of the tangible corporate operations. investors? no longer buy the "company", they only buy the "shares".......much different even thirty years ago......it has all become quite a game, run by those who haven't a clue about the day to day operations of business, but are keen enough to set standards that must be met.

valuation is in the mind of the beholder.......analysts should analyse, not predict or opine....

Bill,
Hi!!!
RE: do you guys ever connect the dots?everyone has a problem.sheesh.

Nice of you to reappear....where were you at the end of the last quarter when DELL was back to 58%? :o)
DELL's problems are solved very easily with their model and ability to turn on a dime....But, thanks for reminding us about problems...I'm sure you're familiar with some...

Best, Kemble
