What surprises me is that this scheme actually works. Insiders continuely dumps shares, some fools buy them, insiders keep dumping, the company makes more shares, then they do a reverse split and start all over.

With the exception of owning a phone with an answering machine, I don't believe this company actually does anything other than print shares. But still people buy these shares. Amazing.
