Those were his exact words and I do not go by a false name on this thread and I informed the gentleman who I was and that I was a shareholder of SLUP AND I HAD SOME CONCERNS ABOUT THE CASE AND HE REALLY SOUNDED ANNOYED THAT I WOULD BOTHER HIM ABOUT THE CASE. He told me to phone her and ask her personally and I will due that if someone can help me find her number and where to reach her. I am not going to go away and let this atrocity to justice just slid under the rug. I AM A SHAREHOLDER AND I DESERVE TO BE TREATED BY THE SEC WITH RESPECT AND ABOVE ALL WITH FAIRNESS BECAUSE I HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG!!!!!!!

I have said before if SLUP HAS DONE SOMETHING WRONG SAY SO AND IF THEY HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING SET SLUP FREE.

IN ALL FAIRNESS. If in fact someone at the SEC has inquired of the attorney about her prior employment, that would not be a matter which the agency is free to divulge. Personnel matters are regarded as confidential. At this point in time, the only individual that is at liberty to discuss this is the attorney.

Again, hawkeye wishes to emphasize that his tirade is not directed at the individual SEC attorney who is handling the SLUP case. hawkeye's statements are directed at THE SITUATION that the SEC has allowed to develop where, possibly through no fault of her own, her assignment to the SLUP case, in conjunction with other factors, has created an unfortunate circumstance which has caused obvious, serious and totaly legitimate questions to be raised concerning the fairness, propriety, integrity, and fundamental legality of the initiation and conduct of the entire Solucorp proceeding.

Robert, I couldn't agree with you more on your observations about holier than thou - what's good for the goose is good for the gander a.k.a people who live in glass houses should not thrown stones (or something like that). Or is it that Vikings with 12-inch antennas should not take showers in glass houses when angry Thunder Beings have been aroused? We'll have to check with High Grader for the definitive answer.)

In all seriousness though, hawkeye is intent on seeing to it that Chairman Levitt is personally apprised of the situation that has developed concerning the Commission's proceedings against Solucorp Industries, Ltd.
