Art, UIS is anything but a one-trick pony. Whilst not nearly as large as IBM it is a significant company, which at present has three business divisions. One of those divisions, hardware sales, will like IBM, be hurt by the Y2K problems. Unlike IBM, UIS projects that it will make its profit estimates, although it will fall short on revenues. IBM will fall short on both profits and estimates.

I call this to your attention lest you take comfort from the difference in size and business between UIS and IBM. IBM being larger and considered more of a blue chip, will probably have less of a percentage decline than UIS. Nonetheless, I expect IBM to open considerable lower this AM. And if UIS's experience is any guide, I would expect IBM to continue work lower over the next few days.
