good point but I am a bear on BKS and have had a short form the high
20's to the low 20's
the thinking had nothing to do with the sub. but with amzn taking market share

Market value of UCOMA (Parent) - $2.62 bil
Market value of UPCOY (Spin) - $9.2 bil
Market value of UCOMA's shares of UPCOY - $4.3 bil
In addition to UPCOY, UCOMA has holdings in Austar and operations in Latin America that are conseratively worth 700-1000 mil.
