The word is not getting out. Have you told your friends about the site/stock? Advertising/promotion by the Company will not start until site is functional. When that happens then more people will hear about the site/stock. Until then management is concentrating on getting site opens.

I think once the site is operational we will be seeing some Press on the stock which will alert the investors.
