I did ask about it and for what its worth, and without giving me any elaboration he said that they were due to file very soon and would be filing.

What troubles me is what everyone complains about, namely the absence of any reporting from Jensen. If it is true that they will file why won't Jensen say so? Is he that terrified? At the least he should report it after it is filed so that he cant be accused of withholding info. We will see

In the same vein I have it from Les Reid, who has it from Twiford (again unoffocial) that the turnkey operation is costing GPGI $150,000 and Jensen has this money to pay for it. Who knows? Is it really a cash deal or a payout or a piece of the action or some combo. It doesn't really matter as long as it gets done. But why doesn't he make a release which lays it all out without promising anything? We all know that there are no guarantees regarding time factors or ultimate success.

I think Jensen's head works as if he has to be the Santa Claus and we, the shareholders are little children who have to be reassured there is no bogey man and all will turn out well. He cannot tell us the truth because it might pain us. This only makes things increasingly worse. But he is an old man and pretty rigid. Nobody gets through to him apparently, or there is nobody who tries

The one credit he does get, however, is persistence and apparently in some mysterious way he raises money to keep going. Maybe he earns his dollars as a gigolo for a rich widow, who knows?
