At least know we know the insiders and BANY have not sold anything, and they are all willing to lock up their shares for a year, which is good for ANYI IMO.

But it still doesn't help solve the mystery over where all those shares were sold from? (and where is today's selling coming from if this is such a good plan?)

The 1.5 million promotional shares had better be accounted for ASAP.

BANY will exchange between 500 and 700K of their shares, what will they do with the rest? 100K of selling could knock ANYI out.

Wouldn't this plan effectively eliminate nearly all of ANYI's float, and reduce the total number of shares to ~1.5 million. Can that be safe? If only 100,000 shares are not converted, and that's ~8% of the total number of shares, wouldn't that make ANYI's price sensitivity even more volatile? I hope this isn't just some trick to eliminate the float and boost ANYI's price so some other shares can be unloaded at higher levels. Sitra tried the whole "if nobody sells, the price will go to $50" deal once before, lets not go down that road again.
