Hi Eric Wells; Re "Amazon will handle customer service for thousands of items it has never examined, track hundreds of thousands of shipments it won't control, and guarantee refunds of up to $1,000 for any dissatisfied Amazonites. Yet it also will pay each seller its full share whenever buyers shirk from paying. Bezos is confident the ethics of his Netizens are so high that he won't lose his shirt on these guarantees.

My guess is that Bezos is just looking for another way of selling a dollar bill for 80 cents. It's all about revenues, man.
