Dave

after following tlab for four years I should know. Only this time there has been so much of cloud that tlab doesn't have the new stuff to stay ahead of the game. He seem to agree the margins are not going to be as good. However, he will come back again hopefully and do his usual thing.

my niece was here visiting and recognized the name tellabs from their company location near them in Ireland. take care. John

Dave, you seem like a very level headed guy. I recently moved in and out of CMGI and lost a few bucks after gaining a few. I was surprised to see you as a very strong bull on CMGI since I know you as a TLAB expert. How do you explain how you are in such a wild Internet conglomerate/holding company and also equally enthusaistic about conservative, plugging away TLAB? Or is my characterization inaccurate? CMGI scares me, but tempts me; TLAB I feel I can rely upon.
Your thoughts might be helpful not just to me but to TLAB investors, too.
(I own TLAB and held thru this tough period; I bailed on CMGI.)
all the best
