ID Four Ltd. Reconfirms CompUSA Ad Insertion Date For enPact Y2K
WAYNE, PA, Oct. 21 /CNW-PRN/ - ID Four Ltd. (OTC:BB-IDFR) announced today, a rescheduled date has been established for initial placement of the enPact Y2K Software Compliance Tool in CompUSA Inc.'s (NYSE:CPU - news) national advertising supplement.

Previous confirmation reserving placement on October 17, 1999 had been approved by both, the Company and CompUSA Inc. Notwithstanding the agreement, CompUSA Inc. deemed it necessary to reschedule enPact Y2K's ad placement to November 28, 1999.

Rescheduling has allowed ID Four Ltd. to expand its advertising and promotion strategies across Cashco Management Inc.'s (www.cashcointl.com) family of enPact software products. enPact Y2K is currently available at CompUSA Stores nationwide with enPact SU and SBE on receipt for month end. As a result, ID Four Ltd. along with assistance from First To Market Inc. of Dallas, TX, sales and marketing agent for the Company, are currently in discussions with CompUSA to launch a more target specific promotional campaign, cross promoting the enPact Single User SU and 3 User Network SBE Contact Managers with enPact Y2K.

About enPact Y2K, enPact SU and enPact SBE:

Cashco Management Inc.'s enPact Y2K Software Compliance Tool (www.enpact.com) automatically scans applications on a Windows 95, 98 or NT based system against more than 7000 database entries to determine their current Y2K compliant status. On completion of the scan, enPact Y2K lists all non-compliant applications and with a click of the mouse, dynamically links the user to the manufacturer's URL to retrieve their prescribed patch, fix or default instructions.

Designed to operate in Windows NT, 98, 95, or 3.1 platforms, enPact SU and enPact SBE Contact Managers (www.enpact.com) provide users with state-of-the-art relational database management. Employing an advanced relational history structure, enPact SU and SBE Contact Managers empower users with: global search and replace functions, ability to store personal and business contacts, names, addresses, multiple phone/fax numbers, email addresses, ''to do'' lists, database filtering, printing to labels and envelopes, mail merge, auto phone dialing and much more. All events that take place whether by phone, fax or in person are recorded for later retrieval, reporting, or data audit.

The shares of ID Four Ltd. are quoted on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board, symbol OTC:BB-IDFR.

On behalf of the Board of Directors,
George Palmer, CEO, ID Four Ltd.
