I believe that the person was Roentgen. And the issue is cloudy because the effects are apparent in the long-term. Constant low level exposure can be harmful-you just will not see your ear fall off!

You're right - the scare has been done before. However, this time what perked my interst is that the very person who was hired to vindicate the wireless industry turned on them. They paid $35MM over 6 years for the studey - so I guess he made decent money. So, if the dog bis now biging the hand that feeds him, the evidence is most probably stronger than he can divulge.
