On Legg Mason $30. target, ultimately I agree but I do not see that happening until mid January at the earliest. Right now given Y2k concerns, dwindling Y2k business and a traditionaly weak time of year I do not see KEA reporting good figures.

I think you will be able to pick-up KEA at around $18. I would take advantage of the Legg Mason projection to unload. A serious look is needed in mid Dec. I will be looking at the man power needs at three key branches. Are they downsizing, status quo or hiring. As of today layoffs continue. Net net the number of employees of KEA is dropping. KEA makes $ on employees on billing.

Just trying to be helpful. I am neither long or short at this time. Am looking at purchase at around $18. after an examination of the fundamental picture.

Good Luck.
