And a response to my email from the IR firm.

Dear Emory,

First of all, Dalit is still with TiS, but now The Anne McBride Company is handling all IR communications. We will be at your service to provide guidance on the Company.

As for Charterhouse, do not confuse this investment with the warrants. At the moment, the company is not planning to extend the warrants, however they do have until mid-November to change this decision.

The Charterhouse shares will be newly issued by TiS and will dilute the shares a bit, how much is still to be determined. In the long run, this investment will allow TiS to grow at a faster rate and provide greater returns to its shareholders, much quicker.

This investment is a very positive move. You will be seeing more announcements and activity from TiS in the near future. As stated in the release, TiS is looking to expand into new arenas, through acquisitions and new product developments.

Internet applications are one side of this and the Charterhouse investment will allow TiS to pursue this avenue to a greater level. They have already been deveoping products along this line.

I hope this helps to clarify matters.

Regards,
Rachel Levine
