Is the lockup the only problem for ARBA??? Does ARBA have competition? Has the B2B commerce sector turned into a roach motel? Can ARBA ever have the kind of market share MSFT has? What's CMRC's valuation vs ARBA's and how would you compare the #of customers CMRC has vs ARBA's? What would be ARBA's revenue growth year next year? Analysts are saying 150% and then down to 70%. and last but not least what do you think of this? Is software going to be free? Open source model for e-commerce software? "Internet development portal - Rational software is investing $50m for an 80% stake in a new company that will develop a web-site portal for internet developers. The site is intended to be a high value portal by creating a community among internet software development professionals. The new company will obtain further financing from other companies and will probably move towards an IPO."
