Apparently, these were the important points: Mann gets to keep everything he sold and is returning what he has long. Mike is returning the "back and neck" stock to Andy.

Sure doesn't seem like much of a win.......getting back worthless stock. What ever blows their dress up.....

Well that should be that. Now management can get back to focusing on new sales and executing on their business plan.

Is that live Jungle Cam slated for being on-line anytime soon? I wanted to watch some ants eating from the jungle floor.

Oh, Jancie,

Janice, is your terminal case of rectal cranialitis acting up again?

Only the proceedings of an ENE meeting are confidential, not the outcome, if there is one.

They most certainly are confidential until final agreement is reached and the parties are all in accord and have signed off on the agreements ...

Didn't you read all that stuff I posted?

What stuff ... you haven't posted anything about the hearings or anything remotely authoritative about the settlement (if one has been reached), but only your normal plausibly deniable lots-of-words-and-nothing-said reeking rhetoric ... if you have it post it now. Not hints, not half truths, not fishing expeditions, not statements thinly veiled as questions ...

Come on, let's have the details and let's see who your source is on this one. When I spoke with A Mann's attorney earlier today, he said that there had been no agreement, and that both the Judge and the Magistrate agreed with him that Andy should be able to have the summary judgement set aside any time he wanted to.

Now if there turns out to be no agreement, Jancie, you will look rather stupid and if A Manns attorney is right, then you will have obviously posted a rather misleading statement obtained from someone who is 'talking out of school.'

... but wait, you said that there was no AZNT/Mann lawsuit, didn't you?
