Morag,

Interesting indeed. I did a little research on HD the last couple of days. The companies that are listed on the web site as being "Successful ventures" were all bought out by HD in one form or another. HD has a past history of buying the companies that they are involved with. At the Sept meeting HD wanted to purchase MLSM, Ernie would not hear tell of this for several reasons. The limited partnership only includes the Potter claim, all the other claims held by MLSM are stand alone claims. HD wanted to purchase MLSM and all their claims for the same price as the Potter property.
HD nose is a little out of joint, but they are the ones that have to answer to the people who have invested with them so far in regards to MLSM. What will they tell these people if they pull out of the limited partnership?
Rick
This is what I have been told by MLSM FWIW.
