Brian, I know it's too late for SCMR IPO shares, I meant in general for future IPOs. You lost me on your statement below, could you please clarify?

A reduction in the lockout period like the one with CMTN would scare me with this.

Brokers do get more than 100 shares depending on their rank and how well they support the IPO market. In fact investors can get more than 100 shares depending on their relation with their broker.
