Richard

I do not know of any fund holding Global shares and I do not believe they have any converibles issued. Jensen is a child of the 1929 depression. This is why he never issued any sort of debt. Debt terrifies him. It would have been better if he had issued debt then he would not have to be terrified of his shareholders. Which is worse $ debt or moral debt? I think he made the wrong choice. Bond holders are at a distance from one, shareholders are less distant.
