Your notes indicate SBC is to reduce copper. I find it enormously strange that it just brought new copper wire to the junction box at the back of the building. Granted I live in a residence but right off the main north-south expressway in North Dallas (commercial, ofice building) and in one of the highest income areas of the city. I can't believe that SBC put new copper in where the demand, and need, for fiber is so great. (I know it laid fiber on the other side of Central Expressway.)
