Disruptions in what?
Revenues.

I do not believe that the Y2K "bug" will cause catastrophic or major disruptions in the infrastructure, but many businesses and institutions have a policy of not installing new equipment until the uncertainty of Y2K has past.

To make my point, I will be extremely bullish in December when I expect most to be bearish. The disruptions in revenues are being caused by the business decision to lockdown systems. This should cause a pent up demand in Q1'00 that will make any correction (which I expect), a major buying opportunity.
