Hello Mike,

Anything that is material to any reporting issuer must be reported. If one partner in a JV deems any development a material change in the company, then it must be disclosed in a timely fashion.

The question of what is material is obviously different for companies of different size. The recovery any large, gem quality stone would be material to all diamond companies that I'm aware of, with the exception of de Beers, Ashton and perhaps Dia Met.

Lets hope for one soon!

PS Maybe there's some Mastodon's up in the NWT!

m.philli, you said, "...I have a suggestion, how about doing a jv in Siberia."

Actually I think the company does have some interest in Siberia, but I don't recall what it is. I know you won't find it mentioned on the company Web site, but neither will you find references to JV's on interests as in Brazil, Uruguay, Australia, or Canada outside of the NWT. I would be surprised if CJ weren't also looking at property in Greenland, Norway and on Victoria Island.

To paraphrase the gold miners, "to find diamonds, go where the diamonds are."
