Also.....some may grasp this and some may not......Look at the field the companies are in ( IARC and VIGNETTE ). Obviously one is way, way ahead of the other. However, take away the company names and look simply at the product. IARC, in many industry expert's opinion, has a superior product. Lets see how things develop......I think both companies will be very succesful, and could eventually "hook up" with each other to dominate this field. Again, JMHO
