I have not looked into TWG in any significant way, however, what you would need to know would be information on both quantity of carats per ton and also the quality of stones. Strictly diamondiferous sampling is not sufficient, especially as investors start to learn more as more projects open up. Even relatively crappy stones would twinkle in a glass, for PR purposes. Not meaning to be patronizing, these are very real factors when determining how excited one wants to get. Don't forget the went up five times and then settled up 3 and 1/2 or so, that's not bad, for a start.
