I must say that investing in the internet used to be so much easier. I mean heck, in 4/98 investing in cmgi was a no-brainer, and since other folks had so few options too, the stock just went up and up and up. And then there was ebay in 10/98 with a 3M float. Give me a break!

But now there are so many more choices, larger floats, a more complex landscape....

I need more help now. Keep us informed!

At the workshop I attended at the Montgomery conference, they described Broadvision as the #1 player in terms of technology, but they described Vignette as a quality play with more of a point solution. I haven't studied Vignette.

I don't overhaul my portfolio with every new opportunity that comes along, but I do put quite a bit of money behind my decisions. When I learned that Wal-Mart went outside with BroadVision, I went with BroadVision.
