AMAT and KLAC did fine today and ASML was essentially breakeven. Seems like we still have some weak hands. In the past, Technology has been one of the havens during inflationary times. Unfortunately, some of the PC-makers are having trouble adjusting to increased competitive pressures. We seem to be caught in the crossfire between selected earnings disappointments and a rush to lock in some tech gains. Oh well, I can't say CYMI has traded rationally in the past either. I'm hoping the conference call kick-starts us again. It should be interesting - the fundamentals still haven't changed. We're on the front end of a major capital spending binge. You have to pay to play.
