gnss has a monopoly Being a budding Gorilla game investor, monopoly is a very loaded word with me. I'd love to believe it. Why would you say that?

How does SGI deserve sympathy? Maybe IBM although after the swagger that Big Lou had this summer, I can't muster much. But there was a re-iteration of the original downgrade, along with an upgrade. DOES ANYONE HAVE A CONFERENCE NUMBER? Sales will be slower than normal in corporate PC land but for LCD flat panels I'm sure it'll be supply limited. So even if there is a depression of computer suppliers (funny money exchanges notwithstanding) this can go against the tide. Save the computer, replace the display. GJ
