I agree there is value at lower prices, especially from their infrastructure support - the commissions they get from the big boys will certainly add up, and this is certainly a growth area (witness the travel agents' recent complaints about AC's drop in commission payments - AC knows that online bookings are the wave of the future). However, HSS opening their own .com doesn't do much for me - the biggies will continue to get bigger!
