>>OT:Yea, and GERSTNER sold IBM around 132 and so did some other insiders.<<

I think the comments made yesterday by Gerstner were unprofessional,
panic provoking and designed to cause the stock of IBM to go into free fall. This kind of performance is unacceptable and intolerable. It would be wise for investors at the next shareholders meeting to ask for his resignation or for the board to call an emergency meeting and ask for Mr Gerstner to step down. He is not doing the shareholders any service or improving their value. We do not need a Ceo's getting exorbitant salaries and stock options who incite panic selling and cause severe loss of stock value over such a short time. I want him to be retired from IBM and I hope that every IBM shareholder will agree.

BTW!! Why does not Michael Dell form the kind of alliance with AOL as did Gateway?. What a brilliant move?? Gateway closes up 10 points today. Michael, I think many of us are very disappointed in the performance of your stock over the past several months. Is this the thanks and appreciation you show us for our loyalty? lets get the lead out and get the stock moving up.
