Mr. Horn, I think it is an interesting legal argument. What is the difference between open discussion, venting frustrations, debating positions and a deliberate effort to effect the price of a stock? I would think the issue which tips the scales is the known misrepresentation of facts in a forum in which it is commonly known as having broad exposure to shareholders. Kind of the difference between deliberately hyping or bashing a stock with false information on the golf course with your buddies vs. doing it at a shareholder meeting.

This issue has come up already in the last year from companies much bigger than IDCN. There was a WSJ article about it, just can't remember what company it was, but the same issue came up regarding internet chat rooms and boards like RB and SI.

I hope this doesn't discourage any normal and reasonable sharing of opinions here. We still have free speech unless something has changed the last time I heard the news!
