FredE, you, of all people, should understand the following: Once it is a "fait accompli" that a stock will get to a target price and all pertinent information is discounted, the stock gravitates almost IMMEDIATELY to that target. We all now understand that CUBE is going to have a fantastic Q4. We all now understand that the Cablevision contract was probably one of Divicom's most significant design wins. We all now understand that DVD will grow, unit wise, 25% sequentially - per management. We all now understand that I could go on and on about CUBE's CURRENT growth rate not to mention its growth rate for 2000 and well beyond. These growth rates are not currently reflected in CUBE's price. That's why CUBE is rising in a down market.

We'll be at $55 by the end of October.

We'll be at $65 by mid-November.

We'll be at $70 by the end of Q1 (not Q4, 99).

These are realistic targets.
