Mr. Burns, it is precisely the advice I was after. I am not, like you, networked with rich and powerful, who don't care about being sued. My question was, how to go about assessing the situation without losing my shirt in the process.
What I did a minute ago was emailing the company itself.
It is the best I can do.
I don't want to flatter myself, but that 1800 shares volume SHOWN today may be thanks to me challenging them (the "brokers") yesterday on the fact of no volume since 10/15, when it was only 100 shares. Perhaps they decided to become that tidy bit more careful.
What I am also saying is, that if they are on 1% commission they can't afford the HOURS they spent on the telephone with me only, knowing nearly from the start, that if anything I would have consider only a symbolic number of shares. I feel that one day there will be tens or hundreds of investors waiting by their letter boxes for their certificates.
If there is a way to widespread a warning, please advise.
BTW: Not long ago I was approached from Bahamas with PROTA. At the time my question about what the fifth "A" meant was answered:
'A" - the stock will double within 3 month;
"B" - the stock will double within 6 month;
"C" - the stock will double ...... I don't remember, I was shocked enough to fail to ask, what "E" would mean.
