Doug, I've attended two eBay conference presentations withinn the past six months where they said in the public session that their closure rate is over 70%. KIS is full of shit. He is dangerously irresponsible, and will say anything. He has proven that over and over on this thread and the Amazon thread. For some peculiar reason he likes to garner attention. Even if he calls me an axe murderer, I will continue to ignore him. It's just too bad others don't know better.
