fumble, after subtracting at least 210 millions US for the sales of STII assets, 45 millions in bank STII has the price of
STII is 490-210-45= 235 US or 340 Cnd only.
On GAM NN stated that after all acquisitions are over,JNPR sales included, NN will have around 1 billions Cnd in
cash.
Cash offer for STII would reduced it to 600 millions Cnd range.
