Hi leigh, the testing was a while ago, a year or two back when Zi-8 e-mail first became available. I don't remember the verbatim comments but I believe I posted the feedback on the thread back when I got it. In general the comments were pretty positive. There were a few suggestions that I passed back to the company for what that might have been worth. They said it took a little getting used to but no more perhaps than learning how to type. At least one of them is still using the copy I got them to send e-mail. The general feeling was that it was a viable system. But there are other viable systems as well. The question was would be who would win the war to get their system to be a standard. Henry
