Fred and Mehitabel, OK, hopefully EMC has the story ready to tell about DGN. Far be it from me to say finances involved in complex mergers is simple. Give me sub-nanosecond design problems anyday.

the 28th conference call will be Reuttgers defending his stock. He has a fierce pride, says EMC "gets no respect" and he will allay fears about the DG acquire. He is an even better CEO than Mike Dell, whenever fears or misinformation accrete, he addresses them vigorously. THis is going to be good news. He is pissed off that his stock took a hit and is going to say so, I"d bet!!
