If I may, I'll answer that question. I don't make (short-term) calls because (a) I'm an investor not a trader, so I don't really care what happens day-to-day; (b) I don't believe the "market" has the patience to understand the Internet and e-commerce in general, and Bid.com in particular so I know I can't predict knee-jerk, herd-like behavior even if I wanted to; and (c) I get my jollies in more substantive ways. That said, the fact that I've been around this thread longer than any current poster (spring '98 if you want to check, and I only joined then to refute a basher named em) is a pretty clear indication of my long-term endorsement.
