All right MGV, GOTCHA!!

But are you really wimping out... Talk about GUTLESS!!
For the last two months you have ridiculed the idea that they could be close to production and a PO contract. But now, you feel the need to qualify your forecast of NO CONVERSION for the next two weeks, and say:

"N O C O N V E R S I O N absent indications of an OEM contract.
No OEM contract or news of a pending one w/in 2 weeks... no conversion w/in 2 weeks.."

So you feel the NEED to qualify your forecast for the possibility of an OEM contract in the next 2 weeks. LOL!!!

Shows how much force of conviction you have in your statements.

I think you are wrong, and we will see conversions in the next two weeks, and it is quite likely that some may be PO driven.

Apparently you're saying Valence will not have a contract for at least two years! I asked you a few weeks ago if you thought Valence was going to fail. You never answered, you never committed. You never offer any evidence of your blabberings; you expect everyone to disprove the negative. I think you're a young spoiled brat who's not dry behind the ears. You're the antithesis of `how to win friends and influence people'.

You must be bloodied up from banging your head against the wall, given your latest call was so farrrrr off. Less than 16 hours after you made this call: <<My call is the same and has been on record since August regarding the conversion. I'll go slow for you johnson N O C O N V E R S I O N absent indications of an OEM contract.>> Castle Creek announces conversion:

Castle Creek Investments, LDC has elected to convert 7,500 shares of Valence's Series A Convertible Participating Preferred Stock to Valence Technology common stock.

Very bullish indeed. I'll remind NGV every now and then of his glaring, ignorant prediction.
