The entire sales efforts are getting a lot of attention:

1) Dedicated enterprise sales team dealing with top 100 customers. I believe this stuff reports pretty directly to Carly.

2) Integrated sales efforts for commercial computing and printing lines.

3) Integrated sales forces and marketing efforts for all consumer products.

Also, a willingness to explore much greater use of the web, going around the traditional channels. Obviously a sensitive change, but one that increasingly is viewed as necessary. Just look at IBM the other day when they announced getting out of retail. (But before their finances blew up.)

Overall, an emphasis on single-point ownership of the customer.

All this stuff was discussed publically at the analyst meetings and conference calls. It should be out in the archives somewhere.

Realistically, I don't see anything afflicting HP that is not afflicting most of the rest of the industry. Somehow Sun has stayed pretty immune, at least for now.
