S.W, ALERT: PCES is on the move: UP 26% yesterday...

This was the advice sent me by a good friend some time ago: Keep an eye on PCES for the next 60 days.

A very wealthy Iowan named John Pappajohn (the second richest Greek in the U.S. and largest contributor to charity in Iowa) is now the largest shareholder in PCES. Mr. Pappajohn has successfully brought 42 companies public and has even had a few 100+ baggers on stock he has owned. It is believed he owns some 42% of the Shell... Read John Pappajohn's profile and you will see that he makes money on virtually everything he touches....

For a profile on John Pappajohn, go to pappajohn.com

PCES is a completely clean shell with $2 Million in the bank (about 18 cents/share). Rumors of a big deal moving into the shell are swirling everywhere.

THIS IS NOT A RECOMMENDATION TO BUY PCES.

IMO, PCES is the ripest shell for a takeover or merger that I have ever seen and could easily be a $10 stock if taken over by a successful company (as the outstanding shares fully diluted total only about 11 million).
