Thanks for the update Mr Jacobs.

It's good to hear that you have a new marketing director!

Kind Regards

Dear Mike,--- Your FAST-1 Fans are getting RESTLESS

As you can see from the following, I [ LOR ] now find myself in the unusual and somewhat uncomfortable position of being accused of "taking up for PYNG" by a long time respected poster to this forum ... namely Jack Rayfield. A copy of his post follows below.

Now, I believe that Jack and many other members of this forum are just a tad edgy because the suspense is building as they wait for PYNG to announce that first "mass production" order.

In order to maintain the current overall positive bent of the S.I. PYNG forum I AM SURE THE MEMBERS OF THIS FORUM WOULD APPRECIATE AND BE REASSURED BY << YOUR >> ANSWER TO THE FOLLOWING QUESTION:

"Does PYNG still expect to announce a first "mass production" purchase order for a client and/or distributor before:
yr/mon./day
a) 2000/01/01
b) 2000/03/01
c) 2000/08/01
d) none of the above

If reply d) then please advise by what date the first order is currently expected.

I am sure your response will do much to calm nerves and prepare us all for a fine "1999 Christmas"

Best regards,

LOR

OK LOR my good friend, let me get this straight.

Now even you are taking up for Pyng. I am the one that needs a Valium. I can not believe that you think that Pyng has provided an acceptable level of communication related to their progress toward mass production. It has been over a month since Pyng has provided any type of info on this subject and if they are going to make the 12/31/99 projected mass production date they must be pretty far along in the process and should have plenty to report.

And if they are not going to make it I think Pyng owes us an update since Mr. Jacobs publicly stated he expected commercial sales by Dec 31,1999 if not before in April 1999 (six months ago).

I am willing to wait for quite awhile but I would like to know how much progress has been made.

Say it ain't so LOR say that Stubbs or GWD is impersonating you.

MJ:

How about posting one of the first production units
of the FAST1 up for auction on Ebay or bid.com?

It would give a chance for all shareholders to out-bid
each other for the coveted trophy.

I can see the headlines!

Pyng Technologies Corp.
News Release
PYT.V PYNGF - OTC.BB Nov 27,1999

Pyng Technologies announced today that subsidiary Pyng Medical Corp
has successfully sold, on Ebay, the first mass production unit of the life saving FAST1 device. The bid started at $1.00 but quickly moved
up to $500,000.00. Shareholders were biding frantically and crashed
the Ebay servers. We had to bring in several new servers to handle the load said an Ebay employee but the auction resumed within 45 minutes. The F.A.S.T.1TM is a new technology which permits faster, safer and more reliable vascular access to patients needing emergency treatment....

Dear Mike,--- Your FAST-1 Fans are getting RESTLESS...Part 2

TESTING, testing ....1,....2,....3 ---- Mike Jacob's ..... please come in,
The FAST-1 Fan Club is pining for an update,
"No" news [ on Mass Production sales] is worse then bad or mediocre
news.
I for one can't help but think that "good" news is a nano-second away.......
But if it isn't I'm sure we would also understand a "minor" delay provided
we were updated as soon as it was known that PYNG could not meet the
12/31/1999 target for obtaining Mass Production orders. Please advise.

Also, replies to questions from:
Jack Rayfield,
Stang [ who's aution idea shows tremendous imagination ]
and my humble Post# 4720,

would be most appreciated .........

The lights have just gone out at Yankee Stadium with the home team
triumphant World Series winners once again..... Perhaps now is the time to
"turn on the lights" in the PYNG park and let the fans/shareholders know if
we'll be going to "extra innings" or if the First Mass Produced FAST-1 Order
will be won before the next millennium!

Looking forward to your "Sales Progress" input,

LOR

To M. Jacob's ....PYNG's Fast-1 fans are even more Restless...Part 3

Dear Mike,

I can only assume by your lack of response to my recent messages directed to you that the pace of business at PYNG is just to hectic for you to have the time to post to the SI Forum.

Unfortunately, that could be for a number of different reasons...such as:

a) the end is near [ ie. first mass production order is right around the corner here in good old 1999 ] and you are just making sure the i's are dotted and the t's are crossed before making that wonderful announcement that the first FAST-1 Mass Production order has been logged

<<< OR >>>

b) significant manufacturing problems have occurred which will delay PYNG's capability in meeting the late 1999 forecast of accepting M.P. orders

<<<< OR >>>

c) mass production is all set up and ready to go but PYNG just can't seem to get any customer to agree to place a sizable order on PYNG for pricing or other reasons.

Most of us << WHO REMAIN >> on the SI forum feel that it is only a matter of time before this product takes off. However, if PYNG is having some difficulties it would be deeply appreciated if PYNG would at least let us know. We all know that Rome wasn't built in a day. However, effective communication with shareholders would certainly enhance PYNG's credibility and stature. I for one would like to increase my holdings in PYNG but feel that I can not justify further expenditure without more timely progress updates from PYNG either by PR's or posts to this forum.

Best regards,

LOR

P.S.- It occurred to me after reading Jack's most recent post that the forum DOES seem very quiet which, in light of PYNG's imminent 1999 "Mass Production" sales seems very unusual.

Could it be [ perish the thought ] that many folks have decided that PYNG really isn't going anywhere << FAST >> and have moved on to greener pastures??? Or could it be that tonnes of PYNG S.I. forum posters simply believe that PYNG will arrive in 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2002 or 20XX and it really doesn't matter when because a good product like cream will always float to the top sooner or later .... and at least their grand children or perhaps great great grand children will reap the rewards of their "long sighted" investment approach.

WHO KNOWS ????????

To find out, lets ask Jack [ undoubtably the world's best auditor ]to keep track of forum members responses to the following question. To keep it simple each forum member should simply post one of the following simple two word responses to the following question:

Suggested responses:

Survey = YES
SURVEY = NO

QUESTION:

I would like PYNG to provide minimum monthly [ and as detailed as possible ] updates on both PYNG's status as regards readiness for "mass production" and/or details of ongoing actual "mass production" of the FAST-1 as well as efforts ongoing to land PYNG's first and/or upteenth "mass production" order. To start, I would like to see such a report by November 5, 1999.

In the event that very few posters respond to the above questions I humbly suggest that that might be an indication that indeed a number of long time former PYNG supporters have moved on to more active investments.
