The material is in the hands of the lawyers who have told me it will be finally ready for filing on Monday. I know this has taken an inordinate amount of time and has been very trying... We still have all our staff intact, they are all still working... now that the software products are on the shelves... there are new projects to complete... The new office is being set up in Seattle.. IDFR has NOT taken over the Company. As the previous press releases stated...both remain separate companies... just a joint management committee... From the sounds of Rhonda's post on the Bull, it looks like she once again cannot take responsibility for missing her own deadline for seeing the financials filed with the SEC.
